WHY SO EARLY?

To get uncomfortable. We live in a society that is too comfortable in todays world. Test your limit and learn to get out of your comfort zone, and find comfort in these situations.

WHAT DISTANCE DO YOU RUN?

We run based off time not distance. 40 minutes. What ever distance that is for you. The only thing is that every week you come back 1% better than the last. Usually between 1-10km.

WILL THERE BE MORE LOCATIONS?

This is definitely something we will consider. Just need the right humans with the same passion and discipline to start up a new location. Get in touch if your interested.

I REALLY WANT TO JOIN BUT WORRIED I AM TOO SLOW AND DON’T KNOW ANYONE.

Everyone who shows up on a Friday morning is running their own race, their own pace. It’s you vs you not you vs the others. Run at your pace and set your self the goal to come back 1% faster and stronger every week.

WHAT PACE GROUPS ARE THERE?

Every pace. Everyone runs their own pace for 40 minutes. 20 minutes one way, 20 minutes back whatever distance/pace that is for you.

WHAT TIME ARE YOU FINISHED BY?

All wrapped up by 6ish.

Yes everyone is welcome. All levels, just come along. It’s free.
