    A dedicated and tailored approach to help you achieve your running goals. Through individualised attention from a certified running coach, you'll receive a comprehensive program tailored specifically to your needs, abilities, and aspirations. We will craft a customized training plan that considers your schedule, preferences, and any limitations or challenges you may face. You'll benefit from ongoing support, guidance, and accountability, with your coach monitoring your progress, providing feedback, and making adjustments to your plan as necessary. Whether you're training for a race, aiming to improve your technique, or seeking to enhance your overall fitness through running, our one-on-one personalised running programming ensures that you receive the individualised attention and expert guidance needed to succeed.

    $30 per week

  • ONE OFF PERSONALISED PROGRAM

    With this one off program you'll receive a thorough assessment of your current fitness level, running experience, and desired objectives. Based on this evaluation, our experienced running coach will design a detailed training plan customized to your specific needs, preferences, and schedule. This personalized program will encompass various aspects of running, including endurance, speed, strength, and technique, to help you achieve optimal results. Additionally, you'll receive ongoing support and guidance from our coach to ensure that you stay motivated, make progress, and overcome any obstacles along the way. With our one-off fee personalized running programming, you'll have all the tools and expertise you need to elevate your running performance and achieve your goals efficiently.

    $100-150 per program (depending on length of program)

As the founder of 445 Run Club, Lucy has cultivated a community focused on supporting runners to achieve their full potential while fostering a culture of inclusivity, perseverance, and achievement.

    Lucy's dedication, combined with her extensive experience and unwavering commitment to the sport, makes her an exceptional coach and mentor for runners aspiring to reach new heights in their running endeavors whether you are wanting to hit your first 5km or your first half or full marathon. Under her guidance, runners can expect not only to improve their performance but also to discover the joy and fulfillment that running can bring to their lives.

    • 100 + Half Marathons

    • 4 Full Marathons

    • 1 50KM ULTRA MARATHON

    • 1 100 KM ULTRA MARATHON

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Level 1 Recreational Running Coach

    • Certificate 3+4 In Fitness (Personal Trainer)
